This includes knowing when to speak, what to say, how to say it, as well as when and how to listen…especially in challenging situations. Everyone has an innate communication style. Understanding when that communication style is an asset and when it is a hindrance is key to successfully conveying information, generating rapport, enhancing credibility, achieving influence, and sparking action. 

We will explore and practice techniques to enhance participant’s abilities to present and receive ideas, information, directions, thoughts, feelings and needs while establishing trust and exuding confidence.
