DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)

Diversity has been a prominent issue in organizations for years, but our understanding of it has evolved significantly. The concept has broadened beyond just representation, it must be coupled with an inclusive culture that actively seeks out and embraces different viewpoints where every voice is heard, valued, and empowered to contribute fully.

This workshop focuses on equipping participants with the mindset and tools to build such cultures of belonging. We will also examine how systemic inequities can manifest in subtle, often unconscious ways in our workplaces and communities. Participants gain strategies to identify and dismantle barriers, while learning to leverage the innovative potential that diverse and inclusive teams offer when everyone feels welcomed to show up authentically.

In a safe and supportive learning environment, participants engage in meaningful dialogue, share experiences, and develop actionable strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations.

We offer several different full and half day courses in the DEI space, including a foundational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Workshop and an Inclusive Leadership for Managers program. It is also possible to focus on a single topic such as bias, microaggressions, and inclusive hiring.
