Myla DeLoatch is recognized for her dynamic, clear presentation style, and unique ability to engage professionals at all levels. For two decades, she has facilitated group sessions and worked one-on-one with thousands of individuals throughout the United States and across four continents guiding group dialog, consensus building, and behavioral change. With wide-ranging expertise in leadership, management, team building, sales, customer service, communication, project management, problem-solving, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, Myla is frequently called upon to share key principles and approaches that foster stronger connections with colleagues and customers and drive business results. Her training program participants and coaching clients are motivated to develop practical skills that can be consciously and consistently employed to improve sales performance, enhance customer loyalty, lead organizational change, present ideas, establish credibility, foster collaboration, and positively affect the perceptions and actions of others.

Myla works to ensure that her sessions are interactive, engaging, and produce lasting results. The cornerstone of her success is based on 15 years of progressive sales, marketing, customer service, and training leadership at Xerox.

During her tenure there, she managed several of the organization’s top customers and regularly won annual sales achievement awards. Since then, Myla has parlayed her hands-on experience and versatile insights into helping companies develop and leverage their most valuable asset – people.

Myla holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida, Muma College of Business and dual bachelor’s degrees in Distributive Education and the Business of Fashion from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a National Speakers Association Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and former George Washington University School of Business Adjunct Professor.
